液相色谱-紫外检测法测定肥料中多种植物生长调节剂

Accurate determination of multiple plant growth regulators in fertilizers by liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection

摘要: 采用超声提取结合液相色谱技术测定肥料中8种植物生长调节剂[6-苄氨基嘌呤、吲哚乙酸、脱落酸、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸、氯吡脲、烯效唑、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)]。肥料样品经含0.1%甲酸的甲醇溶液提取,ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱分离,甲醇和0.1%甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在波长280 nm处进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明,8种植物生长调节剂的质量浓度在各自线性范围内与相应峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999 8,检出限为0.5~10.0 mg/kg。以空白肥料样品进行加标回收试验,加标回收率为78.2%~109.4%,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.06%~5.91%。该方法准确、快捷、高效,适用于肥料中8种植物生长调节剂的同时准确测定。

Abstract: Ultrasonic extraction combined with liquid chromatography was used to accurately determine eight plant growth regulators [6-benzylaminopurine, indole acetic acid, abscisic acid, indole butyric acid, naphthalene acetic acid, clopidogrel, uniconazole, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D)] in fertilizer. The fertilizer samples were extracted with methanol solution containing 0.1% formic acid, separated on ZORBAX SB-C18 column, and gradient eluted with methanol and 0.1% formic acid water as the mobile phase. The determination was carried out at 280 nm and quantified by the external standard method. The results showed that the mass concentration of eight plant growth regulators had a good linear relationship with the corresponding peak area in their respective linear ranges, and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999 8. The detection limits were 0.5~10.0 mg/kg. The blank fertilizer sample was used for the standard addition recovery test. The recovery rates were 78.2%~109.4%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.06%~5.91%. This method is accurate, fast and efficient, which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of eight plant growth regulators in fertilizers.
