绿色技术创新对碳排放绩效的影响研究——以东北地区为例

Research on the influence of green technology innovation on carbon emission performance:Take Northeast China as an example

摘要: 基于2008—2019年中国东北地区面板数据,运用非合意产出超效率SE-SBM模型测算东北三省碳排放绩效,并利用门槛面板模型探究绿色技术创新对碳排放绩效的门槛回归效应,探究产业结构、经济发展、能源消费结构、城镇化水平以及贸易开放对碳排放绩效的影响机制。结果表明,东北地区碳排放绩效整体呈先平稳上升后下降的趋势,且在2013年达到峰值。绿色技术创新对碳排放绩效存在双门槛回归效应,两者呈U型关系,产业结构、经济发展水平对碳排放绩效具有促进作用,对外贸易程度、城镇化水平和能源消费结构对碳排放绩效有负向影响。因此,东北地区应通过大力发展经济,提高绿色技术创新水平,实现能源消费结构和产业结构优化升级,合理推进对外贸易与城镇化进程,从而推进东北地区全面振兴。

Abstract: Based on the panel data of Northeast China from 2008 to 2019, the unfavorable output super efficiency SE-SBM model was used to calculate the total factor carbon emission performance, and the threshold panel model was used to analyze the threshold effect of green technology innovation on carbon emission performance, so as to explore the impact mechanism of industrial structure, economic development, trade opening, urbanization level and energy consumption structure on carbon emission performance. The results indicated that the overall carbon emission performance of Northeast China showed a steady upward trend and then a downward trend, and reached the peak in 2013. Green technology innovation had a double threshold effect on carbon emission performance, which showed a U-shaped relationship. Industrial structure and economic development could promote carbon emission performance. The degree of foreign trade, urbanization level and energy consumption structure had a negative impact on carbon emission performance. Therefore, Northeast China should improve the level of green technology innovation, optimize and upgrade the industrial structure and energy consumption structure, reasonably promote the process of foreign trade and urbanization, in order to advance the all-round revitalization of the northeast region.
