三叶青野生种与怀玉山三叶青栽培种光合特征和叶绿素荧光参数的比较

摘要: 选取了三叶青(Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg)野生种FJ-WYS以及怀玉山三叶青栽培种怀玉2号作为研究对象,研究其光合特征、叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量、叶长、叶宽和叶型指数的差异。结果表明,怀玉2号的胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、稳态荧光(Fs)、叶绿素含量(SPAD)、叶长、叶型指数显著高于FJ-WYS,而FJ-WYS的气孔限制值(Ls)、水分利用效率(WUE)、净光合速率(Pn)、瞬时羧化速率(CUE)、最小初始荧光(Fo)、叶宽均显著高于怀玉2号。怀玉2号的光合作用弱于FJ-WYS,且光合作用与叶绿素含量和叶型指数无正相关关系。

Abstract: In this study, the wild Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg wild species FJ-WYS and the cultivar Huaiyu 2 were selected as the research object to study the differences in photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, chlorophyll content, leaf length, leaf width and leaf type index. The results showed that the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), steady-state fluorescence (Fs), chlorophyll content (SPAD), leaf length and leaf type index of Huaiyu 2 were significantly higher than those of FJ-WYS, while the stomatal limit value (Ls), water use efficiency (WUE), net photosynthetic rate (Pn), instantaneous carboxylation rate (CUE), minimum initial fluorescence (Fo) and leaf width of FJ-WYS were significantly higher than those of Huaiyu 2. The photosynthesis of Huaiyu 2 was weaker than that of FJ-WYS, and there was no positive correlation between photosynthesis and chlorophyll content and leaf type index.
