Study in genetic diversity of Gastrodia elata

摘要: 从细胞学标记、形态学标记、生化标记和分子标记几个方面综述了国内外天麻(Gastrodia elata Bl.)遗传多样性的研究现状,分析其中存在的问题。天麻遗传多样性研究中存在资源丰富,但研究手段单一、分析结果片面等问题,提出应综合采用多种手段分析天麻遗传多样性以及建立天麻多样性评价标准等建议,以期综合评价、合理开发天麻资源。

Abstract: The research status of genetic diversity in Gastrodia elata at domestic and overseas was reviewed from cytological markers, morphological markers, biochemical markers and molecular markers, and the existing problems were analyzed. The resoures about the genetic diversity of Gastrodia elata were abundant, but there were some problems such as single research methods and one-sided analysis results. So it was proposed to analyze the genetic diversity of Gastrodia elata by comprehensive means and establish the evaluation criteria, in order to comprehensively evaluate and reasonably develop the resources of Gastrodia elata.
