枸杞化学成分及其药理作用研究

Research on active components of Lycium chinense and their pharmacological effects

摘要: 随着对传统中药枸杞(Lycium chinense)研究的不断深入,发现其化学成分丰富多样,含有生物碱类、多糖类、黄酮类、苯丙素类及其他类化学成分。枸杞的药理作用研究也在不断扩展,拥有保护肝肾、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、神经保护活性、抗炎、退热、降血糖及其他药理作用等。对枸杞和宁夏枸杞的化学成分及其药理作用研究进展进行了综述,为枸杞价值挖掘、资源开发进一步扩展提供参考。

Abstract: With the continuous deepening of the research on the traditional Chinese medicine Lycium chinense, it is found that its chemical components are rich and diverse, including alkaloids, polysaccharides, flavonoids, phenylpropanoids and so on. Lycium chinense has a variety of pharmacological activities such as liver and kidney protection, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-tumor, neuroprotective activity, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, hypoglycemic and so on, and its pharmacological effect research is also expanding. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Lycium chinense and Lycium barbarum are reviewed, which can provide reference for the value excavation and resource development of Lycium chinense.
