一株引起宜昌华重楼茎腐病的病原鉴定

摘要: 为有效控制湖北省宜昌市华重楼[Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis(Franch.) Hara]茎腐病的发生,对该病害的病原菌进行了分离鉴定。采用常规组织分离法,获得1株导致华重楼茎部腐烂的白色丝状真菌菌株,并将其命名为CLY-2。通过显微形态观察,CLY-2的大型分生孢子呈柱状,具隔膜,大小为(22.0~33.0) μm × (3.1~4.4) μm;小型分生孢子肾形或卵形,单胞,单生或串生,大小为(2.5~8.2) μm × (1.2~3.5) μm。结合rDNA-ITS序列系统进化分析,最终将CLY-2确定为镰刀菌属真菌Fusarium foetens

Abstract: In order to effectively control the rot on the stem of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis (Franch.) Hara in Yichang City, Hubei Province, the pathogen of the disease was isolated and identified. Using conventional tissue isolation methods, a white filamentous fungal strain causing stem rot on Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis (Franch.) Hara was isolated and named CLY-2. Through microscopic observation, the large conidia of CLY-2 strain were columnar with septa, and the size was (22.0~33.0) μm × (3.1~4.4) μm. The small conidia were kidney shaped or oval-shaped, single-celled, solitary or tandem, with a size of (2.5~8.2) μm × (1.2~3.5) μm. Based on the rDNA-ITS sequence phylogenetic analysis, CLY-2 strain was ultimately identified as Fusarium foetens, a fungus belonging to the genus Fusarium.
