雾化调控对宁夏枸杞光合荧光特性、抗氧化能力及产量品质的影响

Effects of misting regulation on photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics, antioxidant capacity, yield, and quality of Lycium barbarum

摘要: 为明确雾化调控对宁夏盐碱地有机枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)光合与叶绿素荧光特性、抗氧化能力及产量品质的影响,以宁杞1号为材料,于2024年设置雾化调控(T1)、常规种植(T2)和绝对对照(CK)3个处理,测定叶片光合、荧光、抗氧化指标及果实产量和品质。结果表明,与T2相比,6月12日T1处理净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)分别显著提高34.39%、12.04%和14.47%,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)显著降低11.26%,相对叶绿素含量(SPAD)虽提高4.03%但差异不显著;光合机构性能综合参数(PI)显著提高18.34%。在整个测定期内,T1处理总体具有较高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及较低的丙二醛(MDA)含量。T1处理单株产量和百粒重总体高于T2,其中6月12日百粒重差异显著;品质效应随采收期而异,8月12日类黄酮、多糖和甜菜碱含量均显著提高。相关性分析表明,光合、荧光和抗氧化指标与产量及部分品质指标显著相关;主成分综合得分表现为T1>T2>CK。雾化调控可改善枸杞叶片生理状态,并提高综合生产表现。

Abstract: To clarify the effects of misting regulation on photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics, antioxidant capacity, yield, and quality of organically cultivated Lycium barbarum L. in saline-alkali soil of Ningxia, a field experiment was conducted in 2024 using Ningqi No. 1 as the material, with three treatments: Misting regulation (T1), conventional cultivation (T2), and absolute control (CK). Leaf photosynthetic, fluorescence, and antioxidant indices, as well as fruit yield and quality, were measured. The results showed that, compared with T2, on June 12, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), and transpiration rate (Tr) of T1 were significantly increased by 34.39%, 12.04%, and 14.47%, respectively, while the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) significantly decreased by 11.26%; the relative chlorophyll content (SPAD) increased by 4.03%, although the difference was not significant; the comprehensive performance index (PI) of the photosynthetic apparatus significantly increased by 18.34%. Throughout the entire measurement period, T1 generally exhibited higher activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT), and lower content of malondialdehyde (MDA). The single-plant yield and 100-fruit weight of T1 were generally higher than those of T2, with a significant difference in 100-fruit weight on June 12. The effects on fruit quality varied with harvest dates; on August 12, the contents of flavonoid, polysaccharide, and betaine were all significantly increased. Correlation analysis showed that the photosynthetic, fluorescence, and antioxidant indices were significantly correlated with yield and some quality indices. The comprehensive scores obtained from principal component analysis followed the order of T1 > T2 > CK. These results indicated that misting regulation could improve the physiological status of wolfberry leaves and thereby enhance the overall production performance.
