蜂类授粉对宛芝16芝麻产量贡献的研究

Research on the contribution of bees pollination to the yield of Wanzhi 16 sesame

摘要: 为研究蜂类授粉对宛芝16繁育、隔离、纯化和种子生产的影响力,开展蜂类授粉对宛芝16产量贡献的研究。结果表明,蜂类对芝麻产量的贡献率为5.55%,对单株有效蒴果数的贡献率为21.70%,对每蒴粒数的贡献率为5.01%,对千粒重的贡献率为5.85%,对单株产量的贡献率为3.88%,该结果可为制订宛芝16规范性制种提供理论依据。

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of bee pollination on the breeding, isolation,purification and seed production of Wanzhi 16,the effect of bee pollination on the yield of Wanzhi 16 was studied. The results showed that the contribution rate of bees to the yield of sesame seeds was 5.55%, to the number of effective capsules per plant was 21.70%, to the number of grains per capsule was 5.01%, to the thousand-grain weight was 5.85%, and to the yield per plant was 3.88%,which provided a theoretical basis for the formulation of standardized seed production of Wanzhi 16.
