渔光一体养殖模式对克氏原螯虾生长性能和肌肉品质的影响

Effects of photovoltaic fishery breeding mode on the growth performance and muscle quality of Procambarus clarkii

摘要: 为对渔光一体养殖模式(Photovoltaic fishery breeding mode,PM)和普通池塘养殖模式(Common pond breeding mode,CM)下克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)的生长性能和肌肉品质进行比较分析,选用体重(5.50±0.55)g的克氏原螯虾幼虾为研究对象,分别于3个遮光率为70%的光伏养殖池塘(PM组)和3个普通养殖池塘(CM组)中养殖60 d。结果表明,PM组克氏原螯虾终末平均体重显著高于CM组(P<0.05)。PM组克氏原螯虾肌肉粗脂肪的含量显著高于CM组(P<0.05),但粗灰分含量显著低于CM组(P<0.05),粗蛋白质水平则无明显差异(P>0.05)。PM组克氏原螯虾肌肉中酒石酸和莽草酸含量显著高于CM组(P<0.05),而CM组克氏原螯虾肌肉中的柠檬酸含量则极显著高于PM组(P<0.01)。PM组克氏原螯虾肌肉的总脂肪酸、总不饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸与n-3/n-6 PUFA比值均显著高于CM组(P<0.05)。PM组克氏原螯虾肌肉中的重金属(如砷和镉)含量均低于国家标准限值,而CM组克氏原螯虾肌肉中多种重金属(如钒、铬、锰、镍、砷、镉、铅和钍)含量显著高于PM组(P<0.05)。渔光一体养殖模式提升了克氏原螯虾的生长性能,并通过改善肌肉营养成分,提高克氏原螯虾的肌肉营养价值。

Abstract: This study conducted a comparative analysis of the growth performance and muscle quality of red swamp crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) under the photovoltaic fishery breeding mode (PM) and the conventional pond culture mode (CM). Juvenile crayfish with an initial body weight of (5.50±0.55) g were selected as the research subjects and were reared for 60 days in three photovoltaic ponds with a 70% shading rate (PM group) and three conventional ponds (CM group), respectively. The results showed that the final average body weight of crayfish in the PM group was significantly higher than that in the CM group (P<0.05). The crude lipid content in the muscle of the PM group was significantly higher than that in the CM group (P<0.05), while the crude ash content was significantly lower (P<0.05). No significant difference was observed in the crude protein level between the two groups (P>0.05). The contents of tartaric acid and shikimic acid in the muscle were significantly higher in the PM group (P<0.05), whereas the citric acid content was extremely significantly higher in the CM group (P<0.01). The total fatty acids, total unsaturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids, and the n-3/n-6 PUFA ratio in the muscle of the PM group were all significantly higher than those in the CM group (P<0.05). Heavy metal contents (such as arsenic and cadmium) in the muscle of the PM group were below the national standard limits. In contrast, the contents of multiple heavy metals (including vanadium, chromium, manganese, nickel, arsenic, cadmium, lead, and thorium) in the muscle of the CM group were significantly higher than those in the PM group (P<0.05). In conclusion, the photovoltaic fishery breeding mode enhanced the growth performance of Procambarus clarkii, improved muscle nutritional components, and increased the muscle nutritional value.
