切根处理对苜蓿产量及主要害虫种群发生动态的影响

Effects of root cutting on alfalfa yield and population dynamics of major pests

摘要: 为解决3~5年生老龄紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)产量与品质下降的问题,明确切根处理对其产量及田间昆虫种群动态的影响,对种植5年的紫花苜蓿品种中苜4号进行研究,设置切根(10~15 cm)与未切根2个处理,测定苜蓿产量(鲜重、干重),调查田间昆虫种类、发生量及群落结构,并通过主成分分析和灰色关联度分析害虫与天敌的相互关系。结果表明,切根处理可显著提升苜蓿第一茬鲜重产量,较未切根处理增产46.1%,紫花苜蓿的株高及茎株数均高于未切根处理。切根处理后苜蓿田昆虫总量整体上升,半翅目、缨翅目为优势害虫类群,天敌昆虫数量也随之增加。主成分分析显示,三点苜蓿盲蝽(Adelphocoris fasciaticollis)、棉铃虫(Helicoverpa armigera)、牛角花齿蓟马(Odontothrips loti)是影响昆虫群落的核心因子;灰色关联度分析表明,天敌昆虫对苜蓿斑蚜(Therioaphis trifolii)、牛角花齿蓟马具有一定的关联性。切根处理是提高老龄紫花苜蓿第一茬产量的有效措施,但需加强蓟马、蚜虫等优势害虫的监测与防控。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of yield and quality decline of aged 3-5-year-old alfalfa(Medicago sativa), and to clarify the effect of root cutting treatment on its yield and insect population dynamics in the field, the alfalfa variety Zhongmu No.4 planted for 5 years was used for root cutting treatment. Two treatments of root cutting (10-15 cm) and non-root cutting were set up to determine the yield of alfalfa (fresh weight and dry weight). The species, occurrence and community structure of insects in the field were investigated, and the relationship between pests and natural enemies was analyzed by principal component analysis and grey correlation analysis. The results showed that the root cutting treatment significantly increased the fresh weight yield of the first crop of alfalfa, which was 46.1% higher than that of the non-root cutting treatment. The plant height and stem number of alfalfa after root cutting were better than those without root cutting. After root cutting, the total number of insects in the alfalfa field increased as a whole. Hemiptera and Thysanoptera were the dominant pest groups, and the number of natural enemy insects also increased. Principal component analysis showed that Adelphocoris fasciaticollis, Helicoverpa armigera and Odontothrips loti were the core factors affecting the insect community. Grey correlation analysis confirmed that natural enemy insects were correlated with Therioaphis trifolii and Odontothrips loti. Root-cutting treatment was an effective measure to improve the yield of the first crop of aged alfalfa, but it was necessary to strengthen the monitoring and control of dominant pests such as thrips and aphids.
