微生物菌剂对草莓三种病害的防治效果及其对草莓生长的影响

Control effects of microbial agents on 3 kinds of strawberry diseases and their influence on strawberry growth

摘要: 以草莓(Fragaria ananassa Duchesne)品种红颜为研究对象,以枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂、木霉菌可湿性粉剂、复合微生物菌剂3种微生物菌剂作为试材,同时设置25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂作为化学药剂对照、清水对照,研究3种微生物菌剂对草莓炭疽病、白粉病、灰霉病3种病害的防治效果及其对草莓生长的影响。结果表明,3种微生物菌剂均表现出对草莓炭疽病较好的防治效果,均超过65%,且施用复合微生物菌剂的处理防治效果最为明显;在草莓白粉病防治上,施用枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂的防治效果最为明显,超过60%,但施用木霉菌可湿性粉剂、复合微生物菌剂处理的防治效果较差,均低于40%;3种微生物菌剂对草莓灰霉病均表现出不同程度的防治效果,为30%~55%。同时,3种微生物菌剂对草莓植株均具有一定的促生作用和增产作用。

Abstract: Taking strawberry variety Red Face as the research object, using Bacillus subtilis wettable powder, Trichoderma wettable powder, and composite microbial inoculants as the test materials, and 25% pyraclostrobin suspension as the chemical agent and water control, the control effects of 3 kinds of microbial agents on strawberry anthracnose, powdery mildew and gray mold and their influence on strawberry growth were studied. The results showed that the three microbial agents all showed good control effects on strawberry anthracnose, with the control effects exceeding 65%, and the treatment and control effects of the compound microbial agent was the most obvious; in the control of strawberry powdery mildew, the control effect of using Bacillus subtilis wettable powder was the most obvious, with a control effect of more than 60%, but the control effect of using Trichoderma wettable powder and compound microbial inoculants was poor, both below 40%; the three microbial agents all showed varying degrees of control effects on strawberry gray mold, with the control effect ranging from 30% to 55%. At the same time, the three microbial agents all had certain growth-promoting and yield-increasing effects on strawberry plants.
