铁、锰缺素胁迫对辣椒叶绿素荧光参数和反射光谱曲线的影响

Effects of iron and manganese deficiency stress on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and reflectance spectra curve of pepper

摘要: 通过智能温室水培分别得到缺铁、缺锰及铁锰双缺素的辣椒叶片,再通过对不同缺素水平的辣椒叶片进行分析,分别对其叶绿素荧光参数与反射光谱曲线进行测定,并使用支持向量机针对出现黄化的叶片建立缺素种类快速诊断模型。结果表明,叶绿素荧光技术与高光谱技术诊断温室辣椒铁、锰缺素症是可行的。

Abstract: Pepper leaves with iron deficiency, manganese deficiency and iron-manganese double deficiency were obtained by hydroponics in the intelligent greenhouse, respectively. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and reflectance spectra of pepper leaves with different levels of deficiency were measured, respectively. The support vector machine was used to establish a rapid diagnosis model for the deficiency types of yellow leaves. The results showed that chlorophyll fluorescence technology and hyperspectral technology were feasible to diagnose iron and manganese deficiency in greenhouse pepper.
