河北省区县多维城镇化与生态系统服务的时空耦合协调关系

Spatiotemporal coupling coordination relationship between multi-dimensional urbanization and ecosystem services in districts and counties of Hebei Province

摘要: 为了揭示快速城镇化进程中生态系统服务与城镇化发展之间的互动关系,并为差异化国土空间治理提供依据,以河北省区县为基本单元,运用InVEST模型和耦合协调度模型评估2000—2020年人口城镇化、经济城镇化、土地城镇化及综合城镇化水平,以及产水量、食物供应、碳储量和生境质量4类生态系统服务的时空演变,并分析二者耦合协调关系。结果表明,河北省各维度城镇化水平呈明显空间分异,高值区集中于中心城区及沿海开发区,低值区分布于坝上和山地生态功能区。河北省生态系统服务呈北部生态高值区相对稳定、城市建设区持续承压、平原农业区功能分化的空间格局。河北省城镇化与生态系统服务之间并非简单的协同或对立,而是自然条件与人类活动共同作用下形成的复合耦合过程。河北省生态系统服务与城镇化之间的耦合协调度尚有较大提升空间,未来需加强差异化国土空间管控,推动二者协同发展。

Abstract: To reveal the interactive relationship between ecosystem services and urbanization development in the process of rapid urbanization, and to provide a basis for differentiated territorial spatial governance, this study took districts and counties in Hebei Province as the basic units, used the InVEST model and the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the levels of population urbanization, economic urbanization, land urbanization, and comprehensive urbanization, as well as the spatiotemporal evolution of four ecosystem services, namely water yield, food supply, carbon storage, and habitat quality, from 2000 to 2020, and analyzed the coupling coordination relationship between the two. The results showed that the urbanization levels of various dimensions in Hebei Province exhibited obvious spatial differentiation, with high-value areas concentrated in central urban areas and coastal development zones, and low-value areas distributed in the Bashang and mountainous ecological function areas. The ecosystem services in Hebei Province exhibited a spatial pattern where the northern ecological high-value areas were relatively stable, the urban construction areas were under continuous pressure, and the plain agricultural areas showed functional differentiation. The relationship between urbanization and ecosystem services in Hebei Province was not a simple synergy or trade-off, but a complex coupling process formed under the combined effects of natural conditions and human activities. The coupling coordination degree between ecosystem services and urbanization in Hebei Province still had much room for improvement, and in the future, differentiated territorial spatial regulation needed to be strengthened to promote their coordinated development.
