A Rapid in vitro Propagation Technique of Bletilla striata Seedling Based on Liquid Culture Medium

Abstract: A rapid in vitro propagation technique based on liquid culture medium for artificial breeding of Bletilla striata （Thunb.）Reichb.f. seedling was introduced aiming at solving the current problems. The specific techniques for in vitro culture of B. striata seeds with different maturity were compared. As practice confirms, the technique was with simple operation and low cost, which can effectively realize the rapid and efficient production of B. striata tissue culture seedling, thus was suitable for large scale production.
