Abstract: To screen the simple labor saving and high efficiency production planter pattern,the mulching plastic cover,five kind of cold-proof measures on virus-free seed potato（Solanum tuberosum L.）,including the small arch awning,the biological bacterial fertilizer,spurts executes the anti-icing fluid and fills in soil,were carried out. The results indicated that,compared with CK,the period of emergence of potato with employment biology bacterial fertilizer was earlier 3 days,the rate of seedlings emergence was higher 3.9 percent,non-freeze injury occurred,and the yield was 50 088 kg/hm²,increased by 17.40%.
