Comparative Analysis on Drought Tolerance of Four Malus Species

Abstract: The drought tolerance of Malus was studied by determining leaf morphology,physiological and biochemical reactions,the aim is to provide basic data for the drought tolerance of Malus. The results showed that,drought tolerance of M. sieversii was higher than others,followed by M. zumi and M. micromalus,and the drought tolerance of M. hupehensis was the weakest among examined species.
