Abstract: Based on village-level industry development planning,land use form,production and operation management way and land use management mode, combining with the relevant planning and existing infrastructures within village region,the "land use sheet" was introduced as a land management unit to analyze the industrial layout within scope of village region.Using the industrial layout for guiding the spatial distribution optimization of village-level land use,could make a scientific and reasonable distribution of village region,and integrate the village-level industry development,production management,operation and management,and land use management organically,as well as coordinate the contradiction between protection and construction,promote the intensive,efficient and reasonable use of land resources,which laid a foundation for promoting the fine management of land.
