Preliminary study on optimization of industrial layout in Gansu province based on water ecological constraints

Abstract: In order to coordinate the relationship between water ecological environment and the development of regional industry, based on the two aspects of water resources and water environment, a zoning index system for the water ecological constraints in Gansu province was constructed, and a division and zoning method of the water ecological constraints was proposed. On the basis of water resource constraint zone and water environment constraint zone, through the two-dimensional quadrant analysis of water resources and water environment constraints in each region, the water ecological constraints of the whole province were divided into four types of water ecological constraint zones, including high water resources constraint and high water environmental constraint, high water resources constraint and low water environmental constraint, low water resources constraint and high water environmental constraint, low water resources constraint and low water environmental constraint, among them, the industrial layout of Jiayuguan city and Gannan prefecture has relatively good aquatic ecological adaptability. In this regard, the key transformation of industrial upgrading in Gansu province, the industrial environment access conditions, and the optimization of industrial layout are proposed. The research results can provide theoretical and methodological references for other areas to coordinate the relationship between industrial development and the relationship between water resources and water environment.
