Abstract: The animal's intestinal barrier system is the largest area where the organism contacts and interacts with the external environment, and is also the largest portal for pathogen invasion. Therefore, a complete and efficient animal intestinal barrier system is essential for regulating the invasion of intestinal pathogenic microorganisms. By introducing the composition of the intestinal barrier system, the regulatory effects of different intestinal barrier systems on the changes of intestinal flora were reviewed.
