Research and Prospects on Tea Raw Materials Rolling Process in Recent Seven Years

Abstract: Rolling process, which is an important process for green tea, is an important process to shape green tea appearance quality. Based on the overview of rolling process for fresh tea materials, it was mainly introduced the influence of different rolling processes on green tea quality and the rolling equipment development progress. Then, by summing up the previous studies results of rolling process, the development of rolling process in future was prospected.
