Abstract: Rural revitalization strategy, precise poverty alleviation and priority poverty alleviation in the destitute areas, are the three important new problems in the “three rural” work and rural poverty alleviation in recent years in China. The Wuling mountain area, is located in the “main battlefield” of the national poverty alleviation. This paper has studied the status of agriculture-related patent protection in 11 counties and cities in the region, analyzed the existing problems of agricultural patent protection and related agricultural science and technology innovation. Based on the perspective of the agricultural patent and agricultural science and technology innovation, the paper has analyzed the countermeasure of intellectual precision poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy, and put forward several suggestions.
