Research Progress on the Adulteration Identification Technology of Edible Vegetable Oil

Abstract: The adulteration of edible vegetable oil occurs from time to time,one of the reasons is the lack of effective identification technology,so it is difficult to find and identify the adulteration behavior. A large number of researches have been carried out at home and abroad on the identification technology of adulteration of edible vegetable oil. Some achievements have been made,and these achievements were summarized in this paper,and the development direction of adulteration identification technology of edible vegetable oil was prospected. The aim was to provide theoretical reference and technical support for the development of new technology for identification of adulteration of edible vegetable oil and the supervision of food safety.
