Preliminary Report on the Field System Investigation of the Tea Bug

Abstract: According to the survey,Stephanitis chinensis had 6 generations every year in Enshi. The occurrence of S. chinensis had two peaks, which had no damage to Camellia oleifera. The big leaf variety suffered heavier than the small leaf variety. The variety with tender leaves suffered heavier than the hard ones varieties. The S. chinensis hatching time per generation in low altitude tea garden was earlier than that in high altitude tea garden.
