Abstract: Aiming to evaluate the eutrophication levels of three national aquatic germplasm conservation zones, which all located in the middle and lower Yangtze River, where most lakes were distributed too in China. The evaluation was based on comprehensive nutritional status index and the data used was from national fishery eco-environment monitoring network. The results showed that the comprehensive nutritional status indexes of Liangzi Lake Wuchang Fish National Aquatic Germplasm Conservation Zones, Boyang Lake Mandarin Fish and Topmouth Culter National Aquatic Germplasm Conservation Zones and Qiandao Lake National Aquatic Germplasm Conservation Zones, were 45.0, 49.4 and 42.6, respectively, indicating all three conservation zones in mesotrophic level and the main contribution factors were total phosphorus and chlorophyll a.
