Abstract: To further improve the application ability of plant color design in garden green space, and determine the weight relationship of various evaluation factors which are affecting green plant color, taking Yulin College as an example, a plant color evaluation system was constructed by analytic hierarchy process（AHP）, including the criteria layer of color composition, color matching principle and color effect, and eight project evaluation factors such as color coverage, color richness, color layering, light and shadow, atmosphere and so on were selected. On the basis of the judgment matrix, the weight calculation of each indicator was performed. The results showed that, the weight of criteria layer from high to low was color effect, color composition, color matching principle; The first three important ones of the feature layer were atmosphere, color layering, vitality; In the end, the evaluation mode of garden plant color in Yulin was constructed.
