Abstract: In the integrated rice-crayfish model of Jianghan Plain, the effects of three new fertilizers on the yield and nutrient uptake of direct-seeded rice were studied through field plot experiments. The results showed that under the condition of one-time fertilization, the yield of rice showed a downward trend with the decrease of the proportion of coated fertilizer. All coated fertilizer treatments showed no significant yield effect compared with the recommended fertilization control, and showed the symptoms of nitrogen deficiency in the middle and late stages of rice growth. For fertile agricultural bio-organic fertilizer, the nitrogen decreased by 2.5%~6.3%. Under the condition of reducing potassium fertilizer by 35.4%~72.9%, the yield of rice increased by 2.1%~3.5% compared with the recommended fertilization treatment, and the increase was mainly achieved by increasing effective panicles; For PPF bacterial fertilizer, the effect on rice yield was not obvious.
