Demonstration of direct seeding rice with different seeding amounts and high-yield cultivation experiments in Senegal

Abstract: Senegal is rich in land and water, and is a high-yield region for rice production. However, the increase of local rice production is restricted by various factors. “South-South Cooperation” rice planting experts from China solved the important factors restricting the increase of rice yield by conducting demonstrations of direct seeding rice with different seeding amounts and high-yield cultivation experiments, which achieved significant results. It has solved the important factors restricting the increase of rice yield and achieved obvious results, and formed the high-yield cultivation technology achievements of “South South cooperation” direct seeding rice.
