Abstract: Soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.] continuous cropping and abuse of industrial chemical fertilizer have destroyed the surrounding ecological environment, and led to a significant decline in soybean yield. The application of microbial fertilizer helps to improve soybean yield and repair damaged soil, which makes up for the deficiency of agriculture and ecological industry in China. On the one hand, in-depth study on the characteristics of microbial fertilizer can improve the biomass, resistance and nutrient content of soybean; on the other hand, it can improve soil fertility and form stable micro-ecosystem. The classification of microbial bacterial fertilizer, the effects of microbial bacterial fertilizer on soybean biomass, resistance and soil properties were reviewed, in order to provide reference for the practical application of microbial fertilizer.

Key words: soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.], microbial fertilizer, biomass, resistance, soil properties
