Abstract: In order to compare the diversity of total phenolic content in leaves of different sand pear germplasm resources, the total phenolic content of 117 leaves of different sand pear varieties was examined and analyzed. The results showed that the total polyphenol content in fresh leaves of different sand pear varieties ranged from 8.67-32.29 mg/g, the average total polyphenol content was 20.44 mg/g, the coefficient of variation was 22.92%, and the genetic diversity index was 2.09. The average coefficient of variation of different germplasm types was local breed (23.81%) larger than domestic breeds (23.63%) than foreign introduced varieties (19.03%), and the average genetic diversity index is that the domestic varieties(1.82) of local varieties (2.10) are larger than the imported varieties (1.80).
