Evaluation of tourist satisfaction based on AHP：Fulai mountain scenic spot in Rizhao city,Shandong province

Abstract

Abstract: The improved AHP method is used to quantitatively evaluate the tourist satisfaction of Fulai mountain scenic spot in Rizhao city, Shandong province. The evaluation results show that the tourists are satisfied with the scenic spot as a whole, among which they are satisfied with the crowding degree, natural scenery, parking lot setting and cleaning condition, but they are not satisfied with the entertainment facilities, tourist commodities and safety of the scenic spot. It is suggested to highlight the features of natural landscape in the further planning of the scenic spot, introduce local folk culture, design interesting entertainment projects, develop characteristic tourist commodities and strengthen the safety of the scenic spot.
