Abstract: Tianzhushan national forest park located in Shangluo city of Shaanxi province,which was rich in ecotourism resources,but there were still many problems in the tourist satisfaction.This study clarified the concept of tourist satisfaction and other related concepts,collected data through questionnaire survey,used IPA quadrant analysis method to analyze the existing problems of the tourist satisfaction in Tianzhushan national forest park,in order to provide direction for taking targeted measures,so as to effectively improve the tourist satisfaction of Tianzhushan national forest park and promote the better and faster development of the scenic spot.
