Abstract: ： Based on the botanical characters, resistance, yield and molecular markers of eight tomato varieties, new tomato varieties suitable for facility cultivation in autumn in Wuhan were screened. The results showed that the two varieties, Ansadi and Dida, had high yields and were resistant to yellow leaf curl virus disease（Ty-1）, root-knot nematode disease and tobacco mosaic virus disease. The fruit has good commercial properties and meets the consumption habits of Wuhan, thus can be promoted in Wuhan and surrounding areas. According to molecular marker detection, Maiami contains the Ty-2 gene.
