Abstract: Through field efficacy tests, the field control effects and safety of 5% pinoxaden EC on winter wheat field grass weeds were evaluated, the optimal use period, method and dosage for the pesticide were determined. The results showed that the 5% pinoxaden EC had a good effect in controlling Alopecurus aequalis and Beckmannia syzigachne (Steud.) Fern., and it was advisable to use effective components of 45.0~60.0 g per hectare. The suitable period of application was the best effect in the 3 to 5 leaf stage of grass weeds. Spraying with 450 litres of water per hectare can effectively control weeds in wheat fields. Within the test dose range, all test agents had no adverse effects on wheat growth, and no adverse effects were found on the surrounding environment and other beneficial organisms in the test area.
