Abstract: The effects of different amount of nitrogen fertilizer on the growth of Cuiguan pear bud seedlings were studied by a small amount of multiple fertilization method. The plant height, stem diameter and number of leaves of Cuiguan pear bud seedlings at different nitrogen levels were determined. The results showed that under high and medium nitrogen level, the plant height, stem diameter and leaves number during the six periods were the highest on the whole. According to various indexes, it is determined that the nitrogen fertilizer of per plant was 300 g, and the average annular ditch was divided into four times, which was most beneficial to the growth of Cuiguan pear bud seedlings.
