Abstract: A disease investigation of walnut fruit was carried out in 10 major walnut producing areas in Yunnan province,and the collected fruit specimens were sliced for observation and identification.The results showed that diseases were more common in Dali city and Chuxiong city;The main diseases were anthrax,fruit rot,fusarium wilt of fruit and melasma;Pathogen of fruit belonged to 17 species in 17 genera,among them Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Fusicoccum sp.,Botryosphaeria dothidea and Pestalotiopsis disseminata had the highest occurrence rate.
