Study on salary design of nursing staff in rural “combination of medical and nursing care” nursing homes in J province: From the perspective of ADL scale and standardized value model

Abstract: With the increasing demand of rural elderly groups for pension institutions,the demand for nursing staff in pension institutions was also gradually increasing.In order to stabilize the nursing staff and attract talents into the industry,this study analyzed and summarized the main problems existing in the salary design of nursing staff in rural “combination of medical and nursing care”nursing homes in J province.Based on the survey results,the ADL scale and the standardized value model were introduced to improve the salary design of nursing staff in rural “combination of medical and nursing care”nursing homes in J province.Through the model,the work contribution of nursing staff was quantified,and the explicit labor value and implicit labor cost of nursing staff were comprehensively considered.Then the standardized service value of nursing staff was calculated,and the salary was calculated based on the calculation results pay distribution,in order to provide new ideas for the salary design of nursing staff in rural “combination of medical and nursing care”nursing homes in J province.
