Abstract: To investigate the effects of six exogenous hormones on the expression of tomato transcription factor SlMYB102 gene under low temperature stress. Exogenous hormone spraying and low temperature treatment were applied to tomato seedlings with four leaves and one heart. In hormone treatment, salicylic acid (SA), augrin (IAA), gibberellin (GA3), 6-benzylamine (6-BA), abscisic acid (ABA) and methyl jasmonate (MeJA) were sprayed on the leaves. Distilled water was sprayed as a control. Sampling at 0, 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 h after low temperature treatment at 4 ℃. The expression of tomato transcription factor SlMYB102 gene was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The results show that induced by ABA,GA3,IAA,SA,6-BA and MeJA, SlMYB102 gene responded to all six hormones and presented an up-regulated expression pattern. As a member of the R2R3-MYB subfamily of MYB family, SlMYB102 transcription factor may be involved in the regulatory network of these hormones in response to stress.
