Abstract: Coefficient of variation, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on 15 quality traits and 8 quantitative traits of 95 tomato resources. Analysis of the following conclusions, the phenotypic traits of the resources showed rich genetic diversity; Among the quality traits, the highest Shannon-Wiener diversity index was pericarp color at mature (1.235);The compound leaf length (2.087) and plant height (2.079) were higher quantitative traits, and the highest variation coefficient was single fruit weight (128.6%). There was a complexinterrelation between traits. The cumulative contribution rate of the first 7 principal components was 76.71%, which contained most of the genetic information of all traits. Based on phenotypic traits, the 95 resources were divided into 5 groups at genetic distances of 5 by the method of intergroup clustering. Group 1 contained 35 resources, which were characterized by high plant height, large single fruit quality and infinite growth habit; Group 4 contained 44 cultivars, and the main characteristics were low fruit weight and high fruit shape index.
