Abstract: The core of China's rural hollowing problem is the land problem. The key to governance of rural hollowing problem is to improve the utilization efficiency of farmland and the degree of farmers' organization. Based on the spot investigation of the degree of rural hollowing in Guangxi and combined with statistical data, this study put forward the strategies to deal with the problem of rural hollowing from the perspective of land circulationAccelerating the intensive management of land, vigorously develop the road of cooperation, strengthen the overall planning of rural space and promote the reform of rural land system. We should make full use of the rural revitalization strategy, follow the development idea of urban-rural integration, gradually resolve the problems of urban-rural differences and regional development imbalance, and strive to achieve the two Centennial goals.
