Abstract: Based on five precipitation samples, 25 river water samples and one lake water sample collected from July 31, 2019 to August 10, 2019, combined with meteorological data, the relationship between summer precipitation and river water isotope method and altitude, precipitation and temperature in the frozen thaw period in the southeast of Qinghai Tibet Plateau was analyzed. Meanwhile, the spatial distribution characteristics of δ18O and δD were analyzed by Kriging interpolation. The results showed that the river water volume was significantly affected by temperature in summer, and the interaction between thawed water and river water was more close, indicating that the soil freezing-thawing process played an important role in the runoff process in permafrost region.
