Abstract: Peanut is the largest oil crop in Xiangyang city, which is one of the three major peanut harvested areas in Hubei Province. Peanut with high oleic acid is the key point for peanut industry to achieve high quality development in Xiangyang city. Based on the investigation and research, the basic situation of high oleic acid peanut industry in Xiangyang city was introduced, the main problems existing in the industry development were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
