International experience and inspiration of informatization in promoting equal access to basic public services

Abstract: Information technology and digital means had become important ways to promote the equalization of basic public services. By systematically sorting out the public service policy, information infrastructure, service means and service organization of the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan, it was suggested that China should accelerate the establishment of a continuous supply system, accelerate the popularization of information infrastructure, develop diversified subjects and construct an effective regulatory system.
