Abstract: Bulb scales of Lilium oriental hybrids Sorbonne inoculated with Penicillium were treated with ozone and nitrogen oxides generated by the plasma device to explore the bactericidal effect of plasma on Penicillium of lily and the effect of ozone treatment on plant growth and development. The results showed that both plasma gases treated for 20 min every two days or four days effectively inhibited Penicillium of lily, and the incidence rate could be controlled to 11.11%~22.22%. The ozone generated by plasma could effectively inhibit the occurrence of Penicillium without affecting the growth and development of lily. This study was the first report of plasma technology in the control of Penicillium in lily bulbs, which was beneficial to promote the domestic localization of lily bulbs and green ecological agriculture.
