Effects of Different Facilities Coverage Conditions on the Cultivation and Domestication of Caged Crayfish

Abstract: Using 18 aquaculture ponds of Wuhan Agricultural Meteorological Test Base,the steel frame greenhouses on the pool were constructed,three coverage conditions including two layers of film,single-layer film and open-air conditions,and two different water depths of 30 cm and 60 cm were set up to develop crayfish for cages,the effects of these conditions on juvenile crayfish was studied. The results show that,the daily average temperature of 21~22 ℃,the daily average day difference of 4~5 ℃ water temperature environment is most conducive to the domestication of juvenile crayfish survival, growth and development is also the fastest;under the same conditions,increasing the water depth is beneficial to increase the survival rate of crayfish seedlings.
