Abstract: The management planning and optimal allocations of regional water-soil-crop system are studied by meams of multi-objective fuzzy stochastic optimization model. The model takes economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits and utilization of labor as the main objectives, seeks the best mode of crop planting and, achieves optimal allocation of water and soil resources. The weight of each objective is determined by the method named fuzzy decision weight that deals with the weight assignment problem well in multi-objective programming. When establishing the optimization model,we also consider the influence of fuzzy factors and stochastic factors on decision-making problems. Therefore, the model is more objective and reasonable, and can make full and effective use of all kinds of limited resources. The case study shows that the model is rigorous in theory, simple in operation and easy to calculate and, it is feasible to apply it to the optimal allocation of water-soil-crop in agricultural system. It can rationally allocate various resources, thereby improving crop yields and economic benefits.
