Abstract: Sort out the status quo of characteristic town development and information service platform construction, analyze the construction goals of Qinling characteristic town information service platform from four aspects： image integration, brand building, ecological services, and realization of ecological product value, and build information on Qinling characteristic towns on this basis service platform. The Qinling characteristic town information service platform consists of three levels： the main body layer, the platform layer, and the application layer. Through the enhancement of the communication power of the information service platform, cultural revitalization, industrial revitalization and ecological revitalization have been realized. The integration of small town industries and accelerating the integration of resources in small towns play an important role in providing information support for the construction of Qinling characteristic towns with the “three-life integration” of production, life, and ecology.
