Abstract: To explore innovative pathways for financial support models of new rural collective economic organizations from the perspective of policies aimed at strengthening agriculture, benefiting farmers, and enriching rural areas, three representative types of financial support models formed by these organizations under differentiated policy objectives were focused on, and an in-depth analysis of their operational logic, adaptive conditions, and practical constraints was conducted. Building on this analysis, the paper proposed constructing a financial support system centered on new rural collective economic organizations as a hub. This involved strengthening the organizations' own capacities, promoting innovation in financial services, optimizing inter-departmental coordination mechanisms, and deepening the integration and application of digital technologies. The proposed system aimed to optimize policy transmission pathways, enhance the efficiency of financial resource allocation, and provide financial support for rural revitalization.
