Abstract: Through methods of questionnaire investigation and literature research,The rural collective assets management in Wenjiang district was investigated and studied,it was found that there were problems such as the single model of asset management,abnormal management of fixed assets,difficulty in value increment of total assets,insufficiency of accounting informatization management,and unclear ownership of some assets,and then the reasons were analyzed. Finally,some countermeasures were put forward,such as strengthening the fund management,improving the supervision mechanism,perfecting the registration of definite right and activating the "sedimentory" resources.
