Abstract: In order to study the hunger resistance of Apodemus peninsulae, 12 mice were divided into three groupsno water and no food, no water but with food, with water but no food, in the summer and autumn. The results showed that the average hunger-tolerant time of 12 A. peninsulae in the summer group was 112.00±55.02 h, of which the average hunger-tolerant time was 100.00±56.27, 83.00±27.14, 149.75±63.82 h for the groups of no water and no food, no water but with food, with water but no food respectively. In the autumn group, the average hunger-tolerant time of 12 A. peninsulae was 100.25±34.51 h, of which the average hunger-free time of the groups of no water and no food, no water but with food, with water but no food was 88.25±47.23, 92.75±23.31, and 119.75±28.62 h, respectively. Under the condition of no water and no food, no water but with food, the hunger resistance of A. peninsulae is stronger in summer than in autumn. Under the condition of with water but no food, the hunger resistance of A. peninsulae is stronger in autumn than in summer. It shows that the hunger resistance of A. peninsulae is strong, and there are certain differences in summer and autumn, and the hunger-resistant time is related to the rate of weight loss.
