Abstract: UPLC-MS/MS was used to simultaneously detect three quinoxaline drugs in the hotpot seasoning. After the sample was extracted by acetonitrile ethyl acetate, acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid water was used as the mobile phase, and the multi reaction detection positive ion mode was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results show that the linear relationship of the three quinoxaline drugs is good, the correlation coefficient is above 0.999, the average recovery of different concentration is 66.5%~84.4%, and the average relative standard deviation is 6.8%~9.2%. This method is suitable for the detection of residual pollution in hotpot seasoning.
